Dr. Ahmed Al Banna has expressed hope that there were synergies for cooperation between UAE and Himachal Pradesh especially in the area of agro and food processing, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, renewable energy, hospitality, health care and wellness etc. It is pertinent to mention here that UAE is India’s third largest trading partner- with trade of 60 million US dollars, after USA and China. In addition to it, UAE has Indian diaspora of 30 lakh people. Therefore, relationship between India and UAE has changed from “commercial trading to comprehensive strategic relationship.
