Jai Ram urged the voters of Delhi to vote, support and elect BJP candidates

New Delhi: Himachal CM Jai Ram Thakur urged the voters of Delhi to vote, support and elect BJP candidates in Delhi Vidhan Sabha election to make the National Capital more safe and secure besides checking untoward incidents such as Shaheen Bagh to reoccurre. Chief Minister was addressing election rallies at Mayur Vihar in Parparganj assembly constituency of Delhi today in favour of BJP candidate Ravinder Singh Negi.
Jai Ram Thakur said that the opposition leaders were playing politics over Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and NRC with an eye on electoral politics. He said that the opposition leaders were trying to write history with an ink of hatred but the people of the country were wise enough and would not be carried away by their nefarious designs.Chief Minister said that BJP always cared for the interests of the people and was for a strong and vibrant nation. He said that the CAA was aimed at ensuring safety and security of the country. He said that the minorities of this country has nothing to fear as they were already citizen of this Great Nation and they were part and parcel of this country. Jai Ram Thakur said that since people from various parts of the Country live in Delhi and they were capable enough to judge the nefarious designs of some vested interests and would not be swayed away with tall promises and lucrative claims.
Chief Minister said that the nation was forging ahead on the path of progress and prosperity under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Delhi would soon emerge as world famous metro city with world class facilities. He said that people of Delhi would not be carried away by hollow promises of AAP Party as during last five years they have done nothing except making tall claims. Later the Chief Minister also addressed at Raghubar Pura and West Kanti Nagar in Gandhi Nagar Vidhan Sabha area in favour of BJP candidate Anil Bajpayee.
