Shimla: BJP’s national president Jagat Prakash Nadda today visited the Former Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Virbhadra Singh at his residence,Holly Lodge at Shimla. He was accompanied by state BJP general secretary Trilok Jamwal and education minister Suresh Bhardwaj.
It was a courtesy call. Nadda said that he visited Virbhadra Singh to enquire about his health as in the past few days the former Chief Minister was admitted in PGI and was not keeping well . He said at that time he could not meet Virbhadra Singh and today it is his first visit to Shimla after the same.
While remembering his old days spent in Himachal Nadda said that he has a special person relation with Virbhadra Singh and when Virbhadra Singh was Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh in 1993 Jagat Prakash nadda was the leader of opposition, so they have good long memories of the vidhansabha in concern with ruling party and opposition party.He also appreciated the stature of former Chief minister Virbhadra Singh in Himachal Pradesh in terms of politics. Jagat Prakash nadda was happy to know that the health of Virbhadra Singh is keeping well and he is quite active , he also prayed for his long life and good health. On this occasion Virbhadra Singh son and MLA from Shimla rural Vikramaditya Singh and his wife former member of parliament Pratibha Singh were also present.
