New Delhi: Supreme Court rejected a plea by Congress requesting two Bypolls of Rajya Sabha to two seats in Gujarat, which has fallen vacant after BJP Amit Shah and Smriti Irani elected to the Lok Sabha. Once the notification is issued by the Election Commission, the only remedy is to file a election petition.
